Gabino Álvarez
Gabino Álvarez, San Antonio, Texas. 2011.
Some weeks ago i was in San Antonio, Texas, working on a story for a Mexico City magazine. A few hours before i had to leave to the airport i went downtown for a walk, the were not many people on the street , we were 104˚F. During that walk I met Gabino Álvarez, he was born in Cuernavaca and has been living in the US for more than 20 years. That day he was returning from his home town after burying his brother.
